한 번의 촬영으로 이미지 잘리는 부분 없이 Extremity, Abdomen 부위 검사 가능
[의학신문·일간보사=오인규 기자] 의료기기 전문기업인 DK메디칼솔루션㈜는 ‘국제의료기기 & 병원 설비 전시회(KIMES 2024)’에서 디지털 엑스레이 ‘이노비전(INNOVISION)’을 비롯하여 이동형 엑스레이(MX8), 필립스사의 CT & MRI, 수술용3D C-arm, DX AI Solution등 국내 첨단 의료기기를 대거 선보인다.
특히 이번 행사에서 DK는 종합병원부터 의원까지 사용할 수 있는 영상진단장비의 혁신적인 토탈 솔루션을 제안한다. 또한 동강의 레거시를 기반으로 38년간 축적된 영상진단 분야의 노하우와 기술력을 바탕으로 사용자 편의성에 중점을 둔 고객 맞춤형 솔루션을 선보이며 의료 혁신을 선도하는 의료기기 전문기업의 면모를 선보일 예정이다.
■ ‘이노비전 엘린-T7 Wide’ 임상 유용성-사용자 편의성으로 기존 제품과 차별화
이번에 선보이는 프리미엄 디지털 엑스레이 ‘이노비전’ Elin-T7 wide는 기존 43×43cm의 사이즈 디텍터에서 세계 최초로 가로 세로 길이가 무려 4cm씩 커진 47×47cm 디텍터를 장착하여 기존의 제품들과는 차별화되는 사용자의 편의성을 높였다.
이 디텍터를 활용하면 Extremity 검사 시 여러 번의 엑스레이를 조사 후 영상을 이어 붙일 필요 없이 한 번의 촬영으로 넓은 부위 검사가 가능하고, Ab-domen영역도 이미지가 잘리는 부분 없이 전체 영역 촬영이 가능하여 다양한 임상의 유용성을 갖게 될 뿐만 아니라, 재 촬영률도 현저히 낮춤으로써 환자에게 불필요한 선량을 줄일 수 있다.
이번 전시에서 DK는 보다 가볍고, 내구성이 현저히 높은 고화질의 글라스-프리(Glass- Free)기술이 적용 된 무선 디텍터도 선보인다. 이 제품은 파손율을 낮추고 약 500g의 무게를 줄여 사용자의 피로도를 줄이면서도 99 micron의 화소로 미세 병변을 검출하는데 탁월한 영상 품질을 제공한다.
또한 단 한번의 촬영으로 전신 촬영 이미지를 획득할 수 있는 롱본(Long-bone) 솔루션을 함께 제안한다. 롱본 솔루션은 기존 3장을 촬영해서 이미지를 이어 붙이는 스티칭 작업에서 야기되는 이미지의 왜곡과 확대로 인한 오차를 해결하고, 기존 방식 대비 획기적으로 검사 시간을 단축하며 추가적인 재촬영이 필
요 없어 환자 에게 최소 피폭과 편리한 촬영 환경을 제공한다.
‘Elin-T7’은 사용자 중심의 기능과 차별화된 디자인을 앞세워 시장공략에 나선다. ‘한번의 터치로 원하는 위치로 이동시킬 수 있는 풀오토포지션이 탑재하여 업무 효율을 향상시키며 어떤 검사든 빠르고 편리하게 사용이 가능하다. 또한 오픈형 테이블과 정확한 오토 트래킹 기술이 적용되어 사용자 편의성을 한층 더 높였다.
■ ‘이노비전 엘린-T7’의 전세계 수출 시작을 알리는 Global Pre-Launching Show 행사, 글로벌 시장 공략 본격화
한편 DK는 KIMES 2024에서 ‘이노비전 Elin-T7’의 전세계 수출 진행 시작을 알리는 Global Pre-Launching Show 행사를 진행한다. 이번 행사에는 태국, 말레이시아, 인도네시아, 우즈베키스탄 등 여러 해외 국가에서 약 40명의 DK의 주요 고객들 이 참석하 여 ‘이노비전 E l i n- T7’의 제품의 우수성과 편리성을 확인할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
Elin-T7은 해외 시장 진출을 위한 첫 단계로 미국 FDA 품목 허가를 진행 중이고, 2024년 하반기 중으로 품목 허가를 완료하여 본격적으로 글로벌 시장 판매 진행을 계획 중이다. 또한, 2024년 하반기 중에 해외에 Elin-T7 Training Center를 오픈하여 글로벌 마케팅 활동을 강화할 계획이다. 이밖에도 DK부스는 신규 병원 오픈을 위한 이미징 솔루션을 제안할 예정이다.

■ ‘INNOVISION Elin-T7 Wide’ Differentiates from Other Products Highlighting Clinical Usefulness and User-Friendliness Premium Digital X-ray ‘INNOVISION’ Elin-T7 Wide, introduced at the KIMES this year, is embedded with 47 X 47 cm detector, which is 4cm longer in length and width compared to the conventional size of 43 X 43 cm. With this, the company aims to underscore enhanced user-friendliness, which is significantly differentiated with conventional products.
A wide detector enables users to examine a wider area with a single screening during extremity exam, without the need to paste the images after multiple rounds of screening. It can also be clinically practical as it can screen the entire abdomen area, while beneficing patients by reducing the risks of being exposed to unnecessary dosage as there is a significant reduction in the need for re-screening.
At KIMES 2024, DK Medical Solutions is also introducing the wireless detector equipped with Glass-Free technology of high resolution and durability. Lowering the risk of damage and reducing the weight by about 500g, the wireless detector is user-friendly, rendering image quality of 99 micron resolution, making it fit for detecting minute lesion.
Moreover, the company also suggests the Long-bone solution that offers full-body image with a single scan. This alleviates errors resulting from image distortion or enlargement that arise from the conventional stitching method of connecting three images that have been scanned separately.
Compared to the conventional method, this new technology significantly reduces the scanning time, and there is no need for re-scanning, and ultimately granting minimum dosage exposure and convenient scanning environment for patients.
‘Elin-T7’ aims to target the market by high-lighting user-oriented functions and differ-entiated design. Equipped with the full auto position function that can move the device to the desired position with a single touch, the instrument enables faster work flow and more convenient use for all inspections. It is also equipped with the open-type table and accurate auto tracking technology, further upgrading the level of usability.
