새롭게 선보이는 Wide디텍터, 저선량으로도 선명한 이미지 구현
[의학신문·일간보사=김현기 기자] 의료영상장비 선두주자인 DK메디칼솔루션(대표 이창규, 이준혁)은 ‘국제 의료기기 & 병원 설비 전시회(KIMES 2023)’에서 프리미엄 디지털 엑스레이 ‘이노비전’을 비롯해 이동형 엑스레이(MX8), 정측면 3D 엑스레이(EOS), 수술용 3D C-arm, 전신촬영용 디텍터 (DS-LB), 수족부전용CT, 수족부전용MRI 등 37년의 영상진단 분야에 특화된 노하우와 기술력을 바탕으로 종합병원에서 의원까지 한국 시장에 최적화된 영상진단 장비 라인업을 선보인다.
특히 이번 KIMES 2023에는 새로운 디지털 X-ray 디텍터 라인업을 선보이며, 고객 맞춤형 솔루션과 차별화되는 신기술을 제시할 예정이다. DK메디칼솔루션 조현민 본부장은 “새롭게 선보이는 Wide디텍터는 저선량으로도 선명한 이미지 구현이 가능하여 고객들로부터 각광을 받고 있다”라며 “최상의 영상 품질, 차별화된 디자인과 성능으로 시장을 선도하겠다”라고 말했다.
이번에 새롭게 선보이는 프리미엄 디지털 엑스레이 ‘이노비전’ Elin-T7 wide는 기존 43×43cm의 사이즈 디텍터에서 가로 세로 길이가 무려 4cm씩 커진 47×47cm 디텍터를 장착함으로써 기존의 제품들과는 차별화되는 사용자의 편의성을 내세워 시장공략에 나선다.
Wide디텍터를 이용하면 Extremity 검사시 여러 번의 엑스레이를 조사 후 영상을 이어 붙일 필요없이 한 번의 촬영으로 넓은 부위 검사가 가능하고, Abdomen영역도 잘리는 부분없이 전체 영역 촬영이 가능하여 다양한 임상의 유용성을 갖게 될 뿐만 아니라, 재 촬영률도 현저히 낮춤으로써 환자에게 불필요한 선량을 줄일 수 있다는 장점을 갖는다.
또한 보다 가볍고, 내구성이 현저히 높은 고화질의 글라스-프리(Glass- Free)기술이 적용 된 무 선 디텍터도 출시한다. 이는 파손율을 낮추고 약 500g의 무게를 줄여 사용자가 손쉽게 사용이 가능하고 99 micron의 화소로 미세 병변 검출에 탁월한 영상 품질을 제공한다.
그밖에 딥러닝 AI 소프트웨어인 “Pure Grid”와 흉부 X-ray 영상에 병변을 검출해줄 수 있는 “CXR AI”를 모든 시스템에 옵션으로 탑재가 가능하여 AI기술 활용도를 높일 수 있다.
더불어 ‘엘린T7’은 한 번의 터치로 원하는 위치로 이동시킬 수 있는 풀오토포지션이 탑재되어 있어 이를 이용하면 장비 포지션이 자동으로 이동되고 업무 흐름이 신속해져서 어떤 검사에서든 빠르고 편리하게 사 용이 가능하다.
또한 오픈형 테이블과 정확한 오토 트래킹 기술이 적용되어 사용자 편의성을 한층 더 업그레이드 하였다.
■ 한 번의 촬영으로 전신촬영 가능한 Long-Bone 검사의 새로운 솔루션
지금까지 엑스레이 전신촬영은 여러 장의 사진을 연속해 찍은 후 각각 사진을 소프트웨어로 이어 붙이는 스티칭 작업을 하여 한 장의 사진으로 만들었다.
하지만 이러한 작업은 필연적으로 확대나 왜곡으로 인한 오차가 생기게 되고 정확함이 생명인 영상 진단에 치명적인 단점이 되어 왔다. DSLB는 기존 3장을 촬영해 이어 붙이는 스티칭 방식에 비해 단 한 번의 촬영으로 전신촬영 이미지를 획득할 수 있도록 진일보한 디지털 엑스레이 기술이다.
기존 방식 대비 획기적으로 검사 시간을 단축하고 추가적인 재촬영이 필요 없어, 병원에는 시간과 업무 효율성을 높이고 환자에게는 최소 피폭과 편리한 촬영 환경을 제공해 준다.

“Newly Introduced Wide Detector, Vivid Images with Low Dose”
At the Korea International Medical & Hospital Equipment Show (KIMES 2023), DK Medical Solutions (CEO LEE Chang-kyu, LEE Joon-hyuk), a leading player in medical imaging equipment industry, is presenting its premium digital X-ray ‘INNOVISION’ along with its imaging diagnosis equipment lineup developed with its 37 years of knowhow and technology and optimized for the Korean market including its mobile X-ray (MX8), weight-bearing full-body 3D X-ray (EOS), 3D C-arm for surgery, fullbody imaging detector (DS-LB), dedicated CT and MRI for extremities.
At KIMES 2023, in particular, DK Medical Solutions is showcasing its new Digital X-ray Detector lineup as well as differentiated new technology and customer-tailored solution.

Premium Digital X-ray ‘INNOVISION’ ElinT7 wide, which is to be newly introduced at the KIMES this year, is embedded with 47×47 cm detector, which is 4cm longer in length and width compared to the conventional size of 43×43 cm. With this, the company aims to underscore enhanced user-friendliness, which is significantly differentiated with conventional products.
A wide detector enables users to examine a wider area with a single screening during extremity examination, without the need to stitch the images after multiple screening. It can also be clinical practical as it can screen the entire abdomen area, while being beneficial to patients by reducing the risks of being exposed to unnecessary dosage as there is a significant reduction in the need for re-screening.
Moreover, DK Medical Solutions is also introducing the wireless detector equipped with Glass-Free technology of high resolution and durability. Lowering the risk of damage and reducing the weight by about 500g, the wireless detector is user-friendly, rendering image quality of 99 micron resolution, making it fit for detecting minute lesion. In addition, deep learning AI software “Pure Grid” and “CXR AI,” which can detect lesion in chest X-ray image, can be equipped as an option in systems to enhance the usability of AI technology.
In addition, Elin T7 is equipped with the full auto position function that can move the device to the desired position with a single touch, enabling faster work flow and more convenient use for all examination. It is also equipped with the open-type patient table and accurate auto tracking technology, further upgrading the level of usability.
■ New Solution for Long-Bone examination, Enabling Full-body Scanning with a Single Shot
Until now, full-body X-ray scanning required consecutive scanning of different parts of the body and then stitching them up into a single image using a designated software. Such process eventually led to possible error due to image distortion and enlarging, often noted as a key weakness in diagnostic imaging that prioritizes accuracy over anything else. The DSLB is an advanced digital X-ray technology that can render full-body scanning image with a single screening compared to the conventional stitching method. Compared to the conventional method, this new technology significantly reduces the scanning time, and there is
no need for re-scanning. Thus, this raises time and work efficiency for hospitals while granting minimum dosage exposure and convenient scanning environment for patients.
