[의학신문·일간보사=황병우 기자] 헬스 테크놀로지 분야 선도 기업 필립스코리아(대표 도미니크 오)는 3월 15일부터 18일까지 서울 삼성동 코엑스에서 열리는 제 34회 국제의료기기·병원설비전시회(KIMES)에 참가해, 신속성(Fast)·정확성(Right)·연결성(Connected)을 강조한 종합적인 헬스케어 솔루션을 선보인다.

■ 한 번에 정확한 진단(First Time Right)을 내리도록 돕는 영상진단솔루션 제시

C홀 입구에 마련된 필립스 부스(C300)에서는 전 세계 임상에서 입증된 기술력을 기반으로한 필립스의 다양한 영상진단솔루션을 만나볼 수 있다. MR 부문에서는 디지털 MR 프로디바 1.5T(Prodiva 1.5T)가 국내에 처음으로 소개된다.

이 장비는 아날로그 신호 전달 과정 없이 코일에 내장된 마이크로칩에서 직접 RF 신호를 받아 디지털화 하는 기술인 디스트림(dStream)을 적용했다. 이 기술은 신호 전달 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 신호 손실을 최소화하고 영상의 정확도를 결정하는 신호대비잡음비 (Signal to Noise Ratio)를 최대 40%까지 개선한다. 이로써 뇌·근골격·종양·심장 등 다양한 부위의 고해상도 영상을 제공한다.

또한 프로디바 1.5T 등 필립스의 디지털 MR시스템에는 필립스 고유의 시간 단축 기술 SENSE의 성능을 향상한 ds-SENSE가 적용된다. 이 기술을 이용하면 MR 스캐닝 시간을 최대 30%까지 줄일 수 있고 환자 움직임에 따라 영상이 다소 흐릿하게 보이는 동작 음영 (Motion Artifact)
현상도 최소화한다.

뿐만 아니라 새로운 브리즈 워크플로우(Breeze Workflow)도 주목할 만하다. 초경량 코일 시스템과 디지털 인터페이스를 적용해 의료진이 손쉽게 사용 가능하며 환자 편의를 증대한다. 이로써 검사가 신속하고 효율적으로 진행돼 일일 검사 처리량도 늘릴 수 있다.

프로디바 1.5T 출시로 필립스는 고사양 3.0T장비에서 1.5T장비에 이르기까지 폭넓은 디지털 MRI 포트폴리오를 완성했다.

CT 부문에서는 기존 CT처럼 스캔해도 일반 CT 데이터와 인체 내부 조직의 구성 물질 정보를 담은 스펙트럴 데이터를 동시에 얻을 수 있는 아이콘 스펙트럴 CT(IQon Spectral CT)를 경험할 수 있다.

사전에 계획하지 않아도 CT 촬영 후 필요에 따라 데이터를 불러와 스펙트럴 영상 정보를 분석할 수 있다. 지난해 처음 선보인 16채널 CT 엑세스 CT (Access CT)도 시연한다. 하루 평균 검사 처리량의 최대 7배 이상을 견딜 만큼 내구성이 강한 튜브를 장착한 것이 특징이다.

필립스의 다양한 초음파 솔루션 포트폴리오도 확인할 수 있다. 고사양 초음파 에픽(EPIQ)은 해부학적 인텔리젼스(Anatomical Intelligence)와 새로운 영상 기술 nSight가 결합되어 뛰어난 속도와 해상도를 제공한다. 작년에 출시한 범용 초음파 신제품 어피니티30(Affiniti 30)는 고사양 장비와 동일한 플랫폼과 정밀한 빔포밍(Beam Forming) 기술이 적용돼 고품질 영상을 구현한다. 이외에도 초음파 영상 기술을 집약해 대조도 높은 선명한 영상을 제공하는 초음파 HD15도 소개한다.

■ 방대한 병원 데이터의 효율적 관리 돕는 ‘커넥티드’ 솔루션으로 미래형 워크플로우 제시

의료진의 효율적인 환자 관리에 기여하는 커넥티드 모니터링 및 헬스인포메틱스 솔루션도 경험할 수 있다. 커넥티드 모니터링 솔루션(Connected Monitoring Solution)은 환자 모니터링 플랫폼 PIIC iX (Philips IntelliVue Information Center iX)를 중심으로 병원 중환자실, 응급실, 병동 등 여러 중앙 감시 시스템을 하나의 네트워크로 연결한다.

이 솔루션은 하나의 병원 내에서 여러 유닛을 연결할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 전국에 흩어진 계열 병원 간 환자 모니터링 데이터를 통합적으로 관리할 수 있도록 지원한다.

특히, 이 플랫폼은 모바일 케어기버(Mobile Caregiver), 모바일 케어이벤트(Mobile CareEvent) 등 전용 애플리케이션과도 연동돼, 의료진이 모바일 기기로 병원 내 언제 어디서나 실시간으로 환자 모니터링을 하도록 돕는다.

환자에게 이상 징후가 생기면 모바일 기기에서 알람이 울려 보다 즉각적이고 체계적으로 환자 관리를 하도록 지원하는 것이다.

서버형 영상 데이터 분석 솔루션 인텔리스페이스 포털(IntelliSpace Portal, ISP)을 기반으로 여러 영상진단장비 소프트웨어 데모를 선보인다. ISP는 여러 영상진단장비 정보를 수집해 병변을 종합적이고 효율적으로 검토 및 추적 분석하도록 한다. △Multi Modality △Multi Access

KIMES attendees will be able to experience diverse diagnostic imaging solutions based on its proven technologies in clinical environment around the world at the Philips booth (#C300) located at the entrance of Hall C.

In the MR section, the digital MR Prodiva 1.5T will be showcased for the first time in Korea. The dStream technology, embedded to the MR Prodiva 1.5T, digitizes the MR signal directly in the RF coil without all intermediate analog stages. The technology minimizes the signal loss, which might occur in the signal transmission process.

Furthermore, it increases Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) up to 40% more, which is a key factor of the quality of the image. The digital MR Prodiva 1.5T provides high resolution images of diverse parts including the brain, the musculoskeletal system, tumors, and the heart. Philips’digital MR system including the Prodiva 1.5T uses ds-SENSE which is an upgrade of Philips’time reduction technology, SENSE. This feature can reduce MR scan time by up to 30% and also minimize Motion Artifact on image, which appear as blurring by patient movement.

Furthermore, the Breeze Workflow is also worth paying attention to. With its ultra-light coil system and digital interface, medical professionals can use them easily and these features help patient feel more comfortable.

MR scanning is enabled to proceed faster and efficiently resulting in increasing the daily patient throughput. With the launch of Prodiva 1.5T, Philips can have a complete and extensive digital MRI portfolio, ranging from high-end 3.0T to 1.5T.

In the CT section, IQon Spectral CT-which provides spectral data in one scan, including information on the composition of materials in the body as well as general CT imaging-will be displayed. After CT scanning, medical professionals can analyze spectral information
on demand without any pre-planning. The 16 channel CT Access CT, launched last year will also be showcased.

Access CT is specially equipped with a highly efficient tube that is durable enough to endure seven times of the average number of examinations in a day.

Philips will also present a wide portfolio of ultrasound systems. The advanced ultrasound EPIQ provides exceptional speed and resolution by combining Anatomical Intelligence and new imaging technology,

nSight. Equipped with the same platform as existing high-end devices and precise Beam Forming technology, Affiniti 30-a new general-purpose ultrasound launched last year-offers high-resolution imaging.

In addition, Philips introduces HD15 ultrasound which provides high-contrast and clear images with advanced ultrasound technologies.
■ Suggests future workflow with ‘Connected’ solutions that help efficient management of extensive hospital data

Connected Monitoring and Health Informatics solution for effective patient monitoring/management in the hospital can also be experienced. Philips Connected Monitoring Solution connects various central monitoring systems of ICU, ER, and hospital floors to one network using the patient monitoring platform PIIC iX (Philips IntelliVue Information Center iX). This solution not only connects various units within one
hospital but also enables medical staff to comprehensively manage patient monitoring data spread out in affiliated hospitals around the country.

The solution includes exclusive apps, MobileCaregiver and Mobile CareEvent, helping medical professionals to monitor patients in real-time anywhere, anytime in hospital
using mobile devices. If there is any sign from the patient, the alarm goes off so that the medical team can immediately and systematically take care of the patient.

Philips will conduct on-site software demonstration of various diagnostic imaging systems which are based on the advanced visual analysis and quantification platform called ISP (IntelliSpace Portal). ISP helps clinical physicians conduct review and tracking analysis of the lesions comprehensively and efficiently by collecting various diagnostic imaging devices. △Multi Modality, △Multi Access, △Multi Vendor, △Multi Site are its strengths, and its abundant software and outstanding compatibility are also remarkable.
